Every August since 1995, Ludwigslust's baroque palace park has been the main stage when international artists perform on over 20 stages. They entertain and enchant the audience with artistry and acrobatics, comedy and clowning, masks and marionettes, puppetry and pantomime.

    MidsummerRemise in Hohen Brünzow Castle

    Hohen Brünzow Castle was built in the late 19th century as a two-storey manor house. In its picturesque park, the late classicist manor house, which was richly decorated at the time, must have been a real splendor in its red and gold colors. After the Second World War, the estate with its five large barns and many outbuildings became a seed farm with livestock farming. Until the 1990s, it was one of the few fully preserved estates in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Since 2019, a new Kultur-Gut-Hohen-Brünzow has been under construction here, offering a wide range of crafts, art and lifestyle.

    On June 23 and 24, the PierSession will transform the pier in Binz from a maritime promenade to a stylish club stage. On this hip DJs put on the finest music for dancing, partying and relaxing for the visitors on the floors on the beach. The background noise of the sea is joined by exciting soundscapes of techno, groove beats, surf and electro-pop for chilling out in the afternoon sun, at sunset and into the night.

    MidsummerRemise Klempenow Castle

    Klempenow Castle is a medieval castle complex in the Lake District, located directly on the Tollense, built by the Pomeranian dukes and owned by the noble von Heydebreck family since the middle of the 14th century. An association is now responsible for its restoration. Klempenow Castle is now a place for culture and encounters. There are guided tours, exhibitions and the café; KELKER and the canoe rental station are open.

    On the way with the ranger - bike tour on the Green Belt around the Schaalsee

    The approx. 50 km long bike tour around the Schaalsee leads through the Biosphere Reserve Schaalsee and the Nature Park Lauenburg Lakes. Until the reunification of Germany, the inner-German border ran through the Schaalsee; still recognizable today by the Green Belt. You will learn interesting facts about nature and landscape as well as about the history of the region.

    195th Barth children's festival
