Klempenow Castle is a medieval castle complex in the Lake District, located directly on the Tollense, built by the Pomeranian dukes and owned by the noble von Heydebreck family since the middle of the 14th century. An association is now responsible for its restoration. Klempenow Castle is now a place for culture and encounters. There are guided tours, exhibitions and the café; KELKER and the canoe rental station are open.
