This chapel was the destination of pilgrimages to St. Ewald in the 15th century. From the medieval furnishings, besides the nine-cornered baptismal fountain made of granite, the filigree mural painting on the north side has been preserved. A panel painting depicting the baptism of Jesus Christ dates from the middle of the 16th century.
