180 steps up to the church clock and then enjoy the fantastic view of the Bodden, the sea and the town.

The church tower of St. Mary's Church in Barth is approx. 84 meters high.

You can of course visit St. Mary's Church and climb the tower to the height of the clock dials. The effort of the climb is quickly forgotten when you look out over the unique Western Pomeranian Bodden landscape or view the small town from above. With very good visibility, you can even see the chalk cliffs of the Danish island of Møn and, of course, the thorn bush on the island of Hiddensee.

Tower tours are possible during the opening hours of the reading café until 30 minutes before the church closes.

The reading café in the Lila Haus, Papenstraße 6, is open during church opening hours.
