EiEiOstsee stands for handmade egg liqueur from the north. Regional ingredients and creative recipes are used to create special liqueur varieties that combine tradition and innovation.

EiEiOstsee is a regional producer of egg liqueur, which produces high-quality liqueur specialties using traditional craftsmanship. The company attaches great importance to the selection of regional ingredients and processes fresh eggs, North German cream and finely tuned flavors into special gourmet products. The product range extends from classic recipes to seasonal and innovative variations. Production takes place in small batches to ensure consistently high quality. The company is based in Bresewitz, just off Fischland-Darß-Zingst, and combines northern German origins with modern craftsmanship in its production.
