The vacation apartment is located in the Baltic resort Nienhagen, about halfway between the seaside resort Heiligendamm and Warnemünde.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has three rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a storage room (a total of about 78 square meters), plus a terrace and a lawn, which is large enough for sunbathing.
The furnishings are individually designed, as the apartment is rented on a conditional basis.
To the beach the direct distance is 100 m, via the walkway it is only slightly further. The street passing the house is only used by residents, so there is no traffic noise.

Shopping possibilities
The possibility to shop is limited in Nienhagen. There are two bakers on Strandstraße and a small grocery store (distance approx. 500 - 1000m). In Elmenhorst (3 km in the direction of Warnemünde) there is a Plus and Netto market; Aldi, Lidl and Edeka can be found in Bad Doberan (approx. 8 km). Further shopping possibilities Ostseepark Rostock-Lichtenhagen (very large shopping center with many stores, large supermarket and snack areas)

Sights
Warnemünde is a very beautiful place. You can reach it quickly by bike along the Baltic Sea on a well-developed bike path. The same applies to the Baltic resort Heiligendamm. It is worth visiting Bad Doberan (minster, ride on the nostalgic train "Molli"), Kühlungsborn, Rostock, Rerik, Wismar, Schwerin, Darß, Rügen.
