Hof Baldereck is nestled in the unspoilt countryside by the Bisdamitzer Bach stream in the north-west of the Jasmund peninsula - a family-run organic farm that has stood for sustainable agriculture, artisan baking and authentic encounters since 2005.
The farm is particularly well-known for its certified organic baked goods from the traditional wood-fired oven, which have received multiple awards from FEINSCHMECKER. Fresh sourdough bread, crispy baguettes and rolls are carefully made by hand here - baked after opening hours and often sold out on the same day. The remaining heat from the oven is used for fruity cakes, the ingredients for which come exclusively from the farm's own orchard and berry garden - depending on the season and ripeness of the fruit.
The farm café invites you to enjoy the baked goods in a relaxed atmosphere - surrounded by gardens, vegetable fields and the smell of fresh bread. The adjoining farm store offers a wide range of the farm's own products: seasonal organic vegetables, fruit spreads, chutneys, honey from the farm's own beekeeping, homemade pasta, pestos, pickled vegetables and much more.
Hof Baldereck stands for honest craftsmanship, regional added value and a conscious life in harmony with nature - a place where ecological management can be felt and experienced.
