Welcome to the historic Vorwerk manor. Our history goes back to the 16th century. Since we acquired the stables in 2015 and the manor house in 2019, the estate has finally been reunited. The buildings have been renovated with great attention to detail and cozy vacation apartments have been created.
Between fields and old trees, a quiet retreat has been created at Gut Vorwerk - with lovingly restored vacation apartments in the manor house and stables, as well as an ideal starting point for discovering all facets of Rügen.
The beaches of the Schaabe, the vast Bodden landscapes and the island's cultural sites are just as close as the Königsstuhl National Park Center, the treetop path or the Hochuferweg trail with views over the chalk coast. Activities range from kitesurfing, cycling and hiking to relaxing walks to nearby Martinshafen, where kitesurfers can be watched when the wind is blowing. Golfers will find their terrain at Ranzow Castle, riders at the local horse farm.
Some of the vacation apartments - of varying sizes and comfortably furnished - have terraces with a view of the garden. Sauna, fitness room, barbecue area, play area with trampoline and a lounge complete the offer.
