If we divide the approximately 1.6 billion hectares of arable land worldwide by the number of people on Earth, each person gets 2,000 m². That is the share of arable land to which we are all theoretically entitled. The crops that feed and sustain us must grow on that land.

They help people understand the connections between agriculture, food, the global climate, food equity, and biodiversity.
