Find peace, let go, and recharge
Fall brings a sense of retreat, clarity, and a calmer pace—yet we often slip into “function mode” faster than is good for us.
Between the end-of-year rush, obligations, and the need to wind down, there’s little room to simply turn down the volume on distractions, stress, and thoughts.
That’s what this weekend is all about. This retreat creates a clearly structured transition and gives you the space to release tension, find peace, and prepare yourself—both physically and mentally—for the darker months ahead.
Verena Hesse warmly invites you to treat yourself to some time off in an enchanting setting. Breathe in the fresh fall air, enjoy the atmospheric yet grounding ambiance of autumn, and listen to the rustling of the water and the leaves on the trees—all while gently pampering your body and mind and discovering Ayurvedic cuisine. A highlight for many: the group bath—which is, of course, optional.
