This back yoga class mobilizes and straightens the spine and strengthens, stretches and relaxes shortened or weakened muscles.
Targeted physical exercises that strengthen the abdominal muscles support the entire musculature of the back. Tension and blockages in the spine are released. The whole body starts to move again.
