Valeria Galimova showed her originality and exceptional talent as a guitarist at a young age. At the age of 14, as a student of a Russian music school, Valeria was invited as an artist and jury member to an international children's music festival in Puebla, Mexico.
Valeria was born in Russia and started playing classical guitar at the age of 8 with her first teacher, Dmitry Milovanov, at the Music School No. 1 in Kamensk-Uralsky. During this time, she won a scholarship from the mayor of the city five times.
At the age of 17, Valeria began her studies at the Gnessin College in Moscow with Roman Zorkin and Anastasia Bardina. In 2019, she completed her studies at the Russian Gnessin Academy with Prof. Artyom Dervoed.
During her professional career, she was awarded one of the Russian President's prizes and won the gold medal at the 2014 Delphic Games. She has also won ten first prizes at Russian and international competitions.
