A vacation home with 5 vacation apartments and a commercial unit has been built on a plot of approx. 1278 m² in the beautiful seaside resort of Born a. Darß. The apartments are suitable for 2 - 4 persons. The floor plans of the respective apartments, with 73 m² - 99 m², are very spacious. 4 of the 5 apartments are equipped with a sauna. Daylight bathrooms, each with a large washbasin, a walk-in shower, electric underfloor heating and a towel radiator are part of the furnishings. A lockable bicycle shed is available for bicycles. A charging station is available for those arriving by electric car (billing is based on kWh consumption).
