The Fischlandhaus is a listed high-ceilinged house in Neue Straße.

Today, the approximately 200-year-old house houses an up-to-date library that can be used free of charge by locals and guests.

In 2010, the building was extensively renovated and an event room was added. Three exhibitions are held annually in the gallery rooms, supplemented by regular concerts and readings.

From May to October, visitors can also drop in on Wednesdays for willow weaving. Basket weaver Bianca Prill presents her craft and invites young and old to try their hand at smaller projects themselves.
