Villa Fortuna is located in Parkstraße directly opposite Stephan Jantzen Park. You walk through the park in about 2 minutes to the beach and the spacious promenade. The vacation room is located on the 1st floor. The cottage as a separate unit is located on the property. It has its own place with garden furniture for sunbathing directly in front of the building.
Behind the house there is a parking space for your car and two bike racks for your bicycles during your stay. The apartment building is used for vacation guests and for permanent living.
The promenade leads you past the Hotel Neptun to the lighthouse and the Teepott. The well-known promenade "Alter Strom" with its boutiques, restaurants and cafés starts at the height of the lighthouse along the old Warnow arm. The wide sandy beach offers plenty of space, beach chairs and a nice beach bar in season. Guests with dogs walk to the dog beach (stairs 32 to 33 and from stairs 36 in the direction of Diedrichshagen, here you can enjoy the beach life with your darling.
