Discover, explore, play in the Rostock Heath. On the barrier-free discovery trail Biological Diversity in the largest contiguous coastal forest in Germany, you will learn about the small and large natural wonders of the local forests.

In the Rostock Heath you will meet daydreamers and night owls, hunger artists and pioneers of nature. Playfully you will learn more about plump fruits, flushes and forest medicine. The 2.8 km long circular trail with 10 stations starts at the Forst- und Köhlerhof. For the sporty explorers there is even an extension of the trail. The 8 km long cycle path to the Baltic Sea holds another 5 stations.
