The 2 room apartment is located only a few steps away from the most beautiful beach of the Baltic Sea. It is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building and is easily accessible by elevator. From the balcony you can enjoy the evening sun, the view over the spa gardens and the lateral view of the Baltic Sea.
The newly furnished, cozy 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautifully renovated old building in close proximity to the beach. An elevator takes you to the 3rd floor, so you only have to walk the last 9 steps (no accessible access).
From the living room with huge couch and flat screen TV of the 50 sqm very bright apartment you come to the west balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the beautiful Kurpark, the Hotel Neptun and towards the Baltic Sea.The open, newly installed and fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the living area and offers oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...
Two new, separate beds in the small, cozy bedroom with built-in wardrobe ensure a restful sleep.
If desired, a garage can be rented, which is located about 1.5km away on the outskirts of Warnemünde. There you will find a bicycle for the way back to the vacation apartment. Bicycles that you bring yourself can be stored under a roof in the courtyard of the apartment.
The price of the apartment includes utilities and the first supply of bed linen and towels. Garage (with 1 bike) costs 4€ per day. The final cleaning is 40,00 €.
