Our cozy (2014 redesigned) vacation home for up to 4 people is located in a quiet, green location near the Hanseatic city of Rostock. The equipment is upscale and comfortably furnished with our personal touch as we also use the house ourselves. Thus, it does not have the sterile impression as other objects.
The 75sqm large, lovingly furnished vacation home you enter via a spacious hallway with wardrobe and built-in shoe cabinets. From here you enter a large living room with open kitchen and dining area, a couch corner, flat screen TV with satellite, CD and DVD player and a desk. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped - dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator with 3*** freezer compartment, coffee pad machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer and many extras make you want to cook yourself even on vacation. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast outside on the large, partitioned, sunny terrace with a view of the green, flowering garden. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet for your vacation luggage. The large bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a bathtub and shower as well as a large washstand and toilet - in addition, you will find another toilet with a large washstand on the upper floor. A parking space for your vehicle is available in the immediate vicinity. Towels and bed linen can be rented from us for an extra charge. Bringing pets is possible by our own pets only on request. Our vacation house is a non-smoking house. The yellow vacation cottage is located in the second row in the garden of our property in the village center of Klein Kussewitz. - to the playground approx. 200m - to the beach in Marktgrafenheide approx. 12km, Hohe Düne / Warnemünde approx. 15km - to Rostock city center approx. 10km - to Karl's Erdbeerhof (an attraction for young and old) approx. 3km
