The BOULEVARD Hotel Schwerin Altstadt is located in a central yet quiet city center location. In just a few minutes walk you can reach the Schwerin Castle, theaters and museums, state parliament, cathedral, as well as the business and shopping centers.

Uner Hotel is ideally located in the center of Schwerin's old town, in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone. Schwerin Castle, the museum and the theater are also just a few minutes walk away. Thus, our hotel offers the ideal location to explore the city.

Despite this central location, the surrounding area is quiet and offers our guests a place to rest and relax. Our roof terrace offers a fantastic view over the Schwerin old town, the castle and the Schwerin lake landscape.

Our 40 hotel rooms (8 single and 32 double rooms) are modernly furnished and have free internet access. For a successful start to the day, our friendly and professional staff offers guests a varied breakfast buffet. Due to its central location, our hotel is a popular travel destination for many vacationers and also offers a pleasant stay for business travelers due to its modern standard.

For seminars and conferences our newly renovated conference room is at your disposal. Depending on the size of the group, this can be booked for 6-20 people (on request we will gladly send you our conference folder).
