The residential house with the vacation apartment is a non-smoking apartment and is located in a quiet residential street. The house was built in 2000. The apartment has a separate entrance and the car can be parked in front of the apartment free of charge. The modern furnished maisonette is about 50 square meters and can be inhabited by up to 4 people. The distance to the beach is about 200 m, to the city center of Warnemünde you walk about 10 minutes.
