In the 70 m² apartment you have a veranda, which has a possibility of extra beds for max. two people, a living / dining area with kitchenette and a separate bedroom (bed 1.80 x 2.00 m). The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and shower. To the vacation apartment belongs a separately accessible courtyard with a cozy seating area and bicycle storage. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is located in close proximity to the beach and the promenade (200 m). Anastasiastraße is one of the typical streets of the old fishing village Warnemünde. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket (200 m), numerous restaurants for every taste and many recreational facilities. Enjoy the flair at the lively Alter Strom (200 m) with the old fishing boats and the many sailing boats. Whether you are interested in golf, fishing, surfing, architecture or art, or just want to relax on the beach - Warnemünde and Rostock offer something for everyone.
