The guesthouse is located in a so-called Plattenbau from 1972 in the district center of Lütten-Klein. With 11 floors, it has a total of 204 rooms and residential units, offices and seminar rooms that can be rented for a shorter or longer period.
In terms of accommodation, a total of five categories are offered.
In the hotel area you can expect modern comfort, standard, standard +plus and family rooms (apartments) with shower, toilet, TV and micro kitchen.
In the hostel area, the comfort rooms have a washing and cooking area with a micro-kitchen. A shared bathroom is located in the corridor.
Our in-house caterer offers a rich breakfast buffet daily. Breakfast can be added when booking directly at the guesthouse or at check-in.
Free WLAN reception is available throughout the house.
We are good and cheap and attach great importance to quality. Through a quality management system, this is constantly reviewed and improved.
The guesthouse Rostock is manned 24 hours and can be reached via the B103 (city highway to Warnemünde). Directly in front of the house is the stop of the streetcar lines 1 and 5 as well as various bus lines. The suburban train can be reached with a few minutes walk. In about 15 min you can reach the Warnemünde beach or the Rostock city by public transport.
