We only process the best beans from the best regions. So that you simply have to choose between the best coffees.
Even the careful selection of green coffee beans is essential for later coffee enjoyment. That's why we only use high-quality Arabica varieties from small plantations in a wide variety of growing regions, such as Kenya, Ethiopia, Malawi, Indonesia, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Colombia, ... and of course from our own plantation in Nicaragua.
But the journey from the plant to our cup is a long one.
As a gourmet coffee roastery, we place particular emphasis on refining the green coffee through optimal, expert roasting. We cultivate the high art of coffee roasting with the greatest care and love, because this is where one of the most precious secrets of excellent coffee lies. We roast the "green gold" fresh for you every day, in small quantities using traditional methods - directly on site and in front of your eyes.
Of course, you can also enjoy delicious coffee specialities in the cafeshop especial - e.g. a Romancito - a treat for gourmets.
