The woman has power – in every respect. During personal training on the Baltic Sea beach, Anita Heß shows her customers how to get fit on vacation for everyday life at home. And have fun at the same time.

She focuses on strength exercises that prepare you for everyday life and make it easier. Fitness for gardening, lugging shopping and crates of drinks - that's what Anita wants her customers to achieve. The reigning German powerlifting champion and Miss Universe in figure bodybuilding 2010 is also a qualified Pilates trainer, stress and mental coach, InZENtive Breath Coach and nutrition coach.

Anita particularly enjoys training with her clients on the beach in Warnemünde - the sand is an ideal surface and the water provides additional energy, says Anita. Together with her team of experts, she also organizes inspiring events such as „Women in Change“ – Lebenskraft Mentoring & Coaching and THE BREATHING GYM & JOURNEY. Formats that strengthen women, guide them into their inner power and create real connection.

And because exercise always means freedom for Anita, she has put together her favorite tips for an effective beach workout - ideal for vacations, time out or an active everyday life by the sea.

The training session consists of four different exercises: The standing balance, also known as the „Single Leg Deadlift“, strengthens the back thigh and gluteal muscles. During squats („squats“), 400 different muscles are activated. The Reverse Lunges (also known as „reverse lunge with arm raises“) are all about training the buttocks and thighs without straining the knees. Finally, the „plank with shoulder taps“ is ideal for strengthening the core and therefore enables powerful functional movements in everyday life and during sport.

  • Aqua gymnastics and aqua fitness

Aqua fitness and aqua gymnastics are easy on the joints and yet offer plenty of variety. While aqua fitness focuses on fitness and endurance, aqua gymnastics is primarily aimed at strengthening the musculoskeletal system. Wellness and sports hotels use pools with pleasantly warm water that is between waist and chest deep. While the gentle pressure of the water has a relaxing effect on the entire body, aqua fitness and aqua gymnastics also promote breathing, blood circulation and the cardiovascular system and are a good cardiovascular and fat-burning workout.
