“A Future Bathed in Light” — Pre-Christmas Presentation by the DeveLUP Future Center
"To mark the 150th anniversary of the city of Ludwigslust, the Living Advent Calendar is returning to Ludwigslust and invites everyone to enjoy the Advent season together from December 1 through 24, 2026. Look forward to lovingly designed “doors,” atmospheric music, creative activities, and cozy moments that bring people together and bring the anticipation of Christmas to life in Ludwigslust and its surrounding neighborhoods. Good to know: You can easily visit all the events of the Living Advent Calendar on your own—just stop by and enjoy the Advent season together! Unless otherwise noted, the events are free of charge." This is what can be read on the website of the city of Ludwigslust (www.ludwigslust.de).
The DeveLUP Future Center will open a door on this Living Advent Calendar on December 8, 2026: “Advent Window of Opportunities.” Amid lights, music, and treats, the District Adult Education Center, the Southwest Mecklenburg Economic Development Agency, and the Metropolitan Region Specialist Service, along with their partners, will present the shared ecosystem through small interactive stations showcasing innovation and projects in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district.
