Two-day workshop on September 18 and 19. Further information on the website.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Alongside asana practice, breath training and the conscious use of the breath are among the central themes of yoga and guide us on the path from contemplation to meditation.
Having our breath as a kind of good friend by our side is a gift; it is an anchor in the “here and now,” and much more—it is healing. The breath heals from within.
In this advanced training, we will discover the joy of breathing, the connection to the breath, its inherent power, and various applications of pranayama. We will move beyond simple contemplation, perception, and observation toward valuable breathing techniques. It is a practice on the subtle level. The goal of the workshop is a profound and intensive exploration of the themes of breath and meditation—offering valuable insights and, above all, personal experience.
With devotion and depth, you will experience your breath and perhaps discover within it powers still hidden from you—a soothing stillness that leads to a gateway into meditative absorption.
