Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and dance workshops
The Walter Martinez Trio, a crowd favorite in recent years, is returning to the Kornhaus. The program “Rum for the Ears” combines traditional Cuban music with modern hits. With this show, Martinez brings the authentic atmosphere of the bars and pubs in Old Havana to the stage. With a repertoire of bachata, salsa, merengue, and cumbia—combined with the added bonus of dance instruction—the band creates the atmosphere of a “Noche Cubana.”
Admission is €15; €10 for high school students, college students, and people with severe disabilities.
