Exhibition at the Old World Monkey House.
The “Highlights of Nature Photography” contest is one of the most prestigious nature photography competitions in the world. Traditionally, the Rostock Zoo exhibits a selection of the breathtaking photographs from the various categories. The competition is open to photographers of all skill levels worldwide and welcomes submissions that capture nature in all its diversity and uniqueness. In recent years, more than 1,000 participants from over 40 countries have regularly taken part, submitting tens of thousands of images. This makes the competition one of the largest of its kind and provides a platform for international exchange and recognition. The images are on display in the Old World Monkey House.
