In a highly technologized field of obstetrics, more and more expectant parents are lacking the personal support that takes their situation into account. In the past, grandmothers and mothers passed on their experiences and knowledge to the next generation—we want to revive this empowering tradition.
We’d like to warmly invite you to an encouraging exchange at the Story Café: Through conversations between young and old, eyewitnesses, midwives, and mothers, questions will be answered and a new perspective on the beginning of life will be explored. Even if you don’t have children, you can learn more about the time of your own birth and join the discussion this afternoon. The moderated event is open to anyone interested.
