"How did that work again?" "Where do I press?" The SilverSurfers are on hand as "senior technology ambassadors" to answer the big and small how and where questions about smartphones, cell phones, tablets and PCs. The volunteers have been trained by the Institut für Sozialforschung und berufliche Weiterbildung gGmbH (ISBW) and work on a voluntary basis for all those seeking help. They are committed to connecting people and promoting coexistence. Together with those seeking help, they work out solutions to service problems that arise. The focus is on helping each other.
The next consultation dates in the Waren (Müritz) municipal library are now known:
April 15, 2026,
May 06 & 20, 2026,
each from 14:00 to 16:00.
All those seeking help are cordially invited. Registration is not necessary.
