In “Staying Active with Inge,” you’ll find gentle exercises on and around a chair that get your body and joints moving. The exercises are easy to do and are also suitable for people who no longer feel very steady on their feet.
The focus is on enjoying movement, being active together, and promoting well-being. No prior experience or special fitness level is required—everyone just participates to the best of their ability.
Come on by, join in, and do something good for yourself and your body!
The event will take place in the foyer of the multipurpose hall.
The entrance is located behind the building, second door.
