A children's play by Michael Ende, adapted for the stage by Vita Huber
Who has time these days? Time to dream, to listen, to play—time for one another. In Michael Ende’s timeless story “Momo,” it is precisely this precious time that is in danger. The mysterious Gray Men steal people’s time, hour by hour, and turn life into a relentless race in which there is no longer any room for joy, imagination, or genuine encounters.
Only the extraordinary girl Momo realizes what is being lost. With her open heart, a single mysterious hour flower, and the wise turtle Cassiopeia, she stands up to the forces that can only count, manage, and consume time. For Momo, a great adventure full of courage, hope, and poetry begins—an adventure to bring back to her friends the time for leisure, joy, and stories.
