Fascinating nature photographs from the Anklam Stadtbruch and the Ueckermünder Heide
On November 14, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., a special exhibition titled “Wild, Vast Landscape” will open at the Haus des Gastes in Mönkebude:
Ms. Bode and Mr. Radloff will present impressive photographs from the Anklam Stadtbruch and the Ueckermünder Heide.
The focus is on the fascinating landscapes of these unique natural areas, as well as the numerous animals they have captured with their camera in their natural habitats.
The photographs showcase nature in its most diverse facets—from vast, tranquil landscapes and mysterious moors to special encounters with local wildlife. In doing so, the photographs succeed in capturing the tranquility, unspoiled beauty, and unique atmosphere of these precious natural landscapes.
The exhibition invites visitors to pause, discover the beauty of nature, and perhaps even see one or two landscapes right on our doorstep with fresh eyes.
