Together, we’ll create a multi-course menu centered on what the Island of Rügen has to offer in early October. Products from the island come together with diverse cuisines, ideas, and people—each course tells a different story about Rügen.
Perhaps the island’s most exciting culinary lineup—Bäckerei Boddenrast, Convivo, Heimatküche, HeimatWERK, Onda, Restaurant Zum Kleinen Leuchtturm, and Strandhaus Altefähr come together for one evening to cook side by side—at one of Rügen’s most beautiful manor houses.
It’s not about the signature style of a single chef. Rather, it’s about what emerges when many people work together around a single table.
