Now that KEIMZEIT has completed an entire tour under the heading of the fourth studio album "Primeln & Elefanten", the course is being set for a new studio album. The tour for the 14th studio album will start on April 17, 2026.
One of KEIMZEIT's trademarks: Norbert Leisegang's unmistakable vocals. Norbert and his brother Hartmut Leisegang (bass) have been on stage as KEIMZEIT since the beginning of the band's history. Andreas "Spatz" Sperling (piano, organ, vocals) has been on board since 1993. In addition, Lars Kutschke (guitar) from Dresden, Sebastian Nachtwei (trumpet, flugelhorn and vocals) and Lin Dittmann from Erfurt on drums have enriched the band for many years.
KEIMZEIT songs reflect our lives sometimes ironically, sometimes playfully and usually with a wink. From rock to ballad - the six musicians offer such a broad spectrum that it is almost impossible to pigeonhole this band. Whether with "Kling Klang" to Tierra del Fuego, on a ship to "Singapore" or with the "Hausmeister" to the "Berlinale" - KEIMZEIT songs tell charming stories.
