10 Exciting Tours of the Müritzeum for Children Ages 6–10
They’re considered smart, mysterious, and curious—owls. Are you like that, too? Then the “Long-eared Owls on an Excursion” program is just right for you. Starting November 10, participants will meet every Tuesday at the Müritzeum. For 1.5 hours, you’ll explore the various exhibition areas of the Müritzeum together with the environmental education team on 10 different excursions. Along the way, the little owls will discover a variety of habitats—from the forest to the moor and down to the depths of the lakes. An exciting journey through time, entertaining games, creative activities, and—above all—lots of fun await these young explorers.
Anyone who attends all ten sessions will surely become a Müritzeum expert. A little surprise also awaits at the end of all the discovery tours.
This program is designed for students ages 6 to 10. The excursions begin on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. The excursion with the long-eared owls costs a one-time fee of 65 EUR for all 10 sessions. Payment is due at the Müritzeum service desk on the first session. Due to limited space, a binding registration for this program is required by calling 03991 633 680.
