The former head of the Neubrandenburg city archives, Ms. Wolf, has been working on the subject for over 30 years and will report on the camps.
For 120,000 prisoners of war from ten countries and internees of the Soviet secret service, the Fünfeichen camp became a forced living environment between 1939 and 1948. People had to eke out an existence here under unspeakable conditions; 10,000 prisoners did not survive this time. The former head of the Neubrandenburg city archives, Ms. Eleonore Wolf, has been working on this topic for over 30 years and will tell us about the camps with a photo documentation.
Admission €1, no concessions. Registration is not necessary.
