Special exhibition in the 3 Königinnen Palais
In this exhibition, the award-winning photographer Sandra Bartocha devotes herself to an element that has always been a source of myths, inspiration and life: water. In her unmistakably impressionistic visual language, she explores the appearance of this element as a mirror of the world - a vibrant interplay of light, color and movement.
Water is a medium of change. It changes its face every second: it breaks the light into a thousand splinters, transforms the sky into a second firmament and dissolves landscapes into fleeting paintings. Surfaces begin to vibrate, waves draw abstract patterns, reflections disappear in the next breath. Frost transforms droplets into fragile blossoms, mist rises into the air and forms mysterious clouds. Everything is in flux, everything is in transition - nothing remains, and that is precisely where its beauty lies.
