After its great success in 2025, the special concert series returns.
After an almost sold-out church tour in 2025 that was celebrated by audiences and the press alike, Joachim Witt continues his extraordinary concert experience in 2026: "Lux æterna " enters the next round - intense, close and emotional.
What began as an artistic statement in 2025 has developed into an impressive live format. The special atmosphere of sacred spaces, the interplay of silence and eruptive sound power as well as Witt's charismatic stage presence created evenings that went far beyond classical concerts - they were musical devotions between darkness and light, transience and eternity.
In 2026, the space will once again open up for this unique combination of spirituality and rock attitude. In selected churches, Joachim Witt transforms his songs into haunting soundscapes, carried by acoustics, reverb and the power of his unmistakable voice. Candlelight, sacred architecture and a finely tuned light show merge with Witt's work to create a total work of art that gets under your skin.
The focus is on newly interpreted classics from four decades of music history as well as contemporary pieces that unfold a completely new depth in the church space. "Lux Aeterna" not only stands for eternal light, but also for hope, transformation and the power of music to bring people together.
The 2025 tour impressively demonstrated that Joachim Witt has entered a new dimension in his live work. In 2026, he will continue along this path - with great intensity and artistic clarity.
