Introductory Workshop with Bianca Nehmzow People of all ages and physical conditions can participate in Qigong. The exercises are suitable for beginners.
Qigong is a centuries-old Chinese self-healing practice that aims to bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony and enhance well-being. Qigong is used as a holistic approach to preventive health care; in China, an estimated 40 million people practice Qigong regularly. Its philosophy is based on the concept of the unity of humanity and nature, as well as the idea that everything in the universe is interconnected. Through a combination of breathing techniques, meditation, and gentle movements, the life energy—known as qi—is strengthened. The exercises teach mindfulness, patience, and self-reflection to help you realize your own potential and find inner peace. Qigong emphasizes the importance of balance and harmony in all aspects of life.
At this one-time workshop, you can give it a try and perhaps have your first positive experience with it.
In case of bad weather, the event will take place at the Ribnitz Library, Im Kloster 4.
