Short Talk and Discussion with Bianca Nehmzow
How does healthy eating work again? We often forget in our daily lives—or haven’t yet fully internalized—that the quality of our diet has a decisive impact on our health. Bianca Nehmzow shares her knowledge with us and, in her talk, draws on the insights of nutrition researcher and founder of the whole-food diet, Werner Kollath, and Dr. Max Otto Bruker, who, as a physician and non-fiction author, is considered one of the most important pioneers of holistic medicine. Bruker’s whole-food diet aims to prevent or cure lifestyle-related diseases through a diet rich in vital nutrients. There are 4 foods that should be avoided at all costs and 4 foods that should be eaten daily if possible. Curious?
