The winter experience in Warnemünde
A date with power to make a note of. On Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Rostock and Warnemünde Tourist Board invites you to a special winter event that combines tradition, health knowledge and nature experiences for the first time.
Under the motto "Experience how breath, cold and willpower reconnect you with your body and nature", a day of action is being created that combines classic winter bathing on the Baltic Sea with modern impulses from Wim Hof Methode®️. The event, led by a certified Wim Hof Methode®️ Advanced Instructor, is aimed at anyone who wants to experience the revitalizing power of cold, the sea and conscious breathing. Participation is free of charge, but registration is requested.
