Four Pages, Boundless: Music That Brings Us Together
The Captivating Pop & Rock-Violin Crossover
Violin and Host: Marcin Diling
The musician captivates audiences with emotional yet rousing interpretations of film, pop, and rock music—pieces that often strike a deep chord. He also impresses with the warm, expressive sound of his 1909 concert violin, handcrafted by one of the most renowned violin makers of the early 20th century, Ladislaus Baczynski, based on the “Grand Pattern Strad–Messias” model. Marcin Diling comes from a musical family—his mother is an opera singer, and his father is a rock musician. At the age of seven, he was already performing on stage at the Szczecin Philharmonic. He completed his violin studies at the Rostock University of Music and Drama. As a young violinist, he participated in international master classes for violinists in Denmark, Germany, and Poland. In addition, he has appeared on TV talent shows such as “Das Supertalent” and the music show “Must Be The Music,” among others. Enchanting audiences with his violin is and remains his greatest passion.
