"Where are we here, have we been here before?" This is one of the questions in Roland Schimmelpfennig's poems. And that's what it's all about: searching and losing oneself, returning and repeating, the question of our place in the world. In a finely spun web of recurring motifs, Schimmelpfennig's poems take us to Berlin and to the moon. They tell of fear and great exhaustion, but also of happiness and the hope that from now on perhaps "everything will be different forever". But, alas: "The main thing is that the music doesn't stop".
