The British press has described them as the best Irish band from London.
They aren’t Irish, but the trio combines a Celtic zest for life with melodic warmth, rhythmic sophistication, and jazzy expressiveness. This breathtaking explosion of sound from the London folk scene will be performing live here on November 5, 2026, at the Alter Pferdestall Fahren.
Gavin Fairhall Lever consists of three excellent musicians: James Patrick Gavin on fiddle and vocals, Tim Fairhall on bass, and Adrian Lever on guitar.
The trio is known for its rousing live performances—including shows in London, Glasgow, Spain, and Belgium—and will now, naturally, also be performing at the Alter Pferdestall Fahren.
All three are excellent musicians who have toured throughout the UK and Europe and recorded their second album in 2025. It is rooted in virtuoso creativity and blurs the boundaries of musical genres.

We are honored to welcome these musicians as our guests on November 5, 2026, for a live performance at our lovingly restored Alte Pferdestall Fahren. The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m.).
When the registered cultural association Alter Pferdestall Fahren e. V. isn’t using this idyllically situated venue for concerts or readings, it can be rented for weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, or as vacation accommodations, offering spacious facilities for groups and/or families.
