During the 90-minute tour, you will learn how historical developments have changed this place and how personalities have shaped it, such as the world-famous "nail artist" Günther Uecker.
The current honorary citizen of the town grew up on the Wustrow peninsula in Rerik. The church bells of St. John's Church proclaim Uecker's deep connection to his Mecklenburg homeland every day.
Enjoy the spectacular view over the lagoon and the sea when you visit the bell tower of St. Johannes Church together.
