Black humor is the preferred mood of Berlin-based illustrator Axel Hörnig.
For over 25 years, cartoonist Axel Hörnig, alias Lexatoon, has been delighting readers with his unmistakable style: quirky, slow-witted characters with oversized noses and huge shoes populate his brightly colored pictures. His trademark is black humor - sometimes naive, sometimes wonderfully absurd, sometimes surprisingly profound. Look forward to a reading full of wit, irony and hearty laughter! Afterwards, the artist will be available to answer questions and sign books.
After the reading, a tour of the exhibition "History of Comics in the GDR" with Thomas Möller.
