Enjoying art and nature are closely linked in Ahrenshoop. To help guests of the Baltic resort find the best offer for their vacation, the staff at the guest information and accommodation service of the spa administration are on hand with numerous tips and information.

As a municipal company, the spa administration is responsible for fulfilling the municipality's spa-related tasks. Around 20 employees ensure that guests to the Baltic resort feel at home and are happy to return.

Tourist information and accommodation services

We are happy to answer our guests' many questions about the best days of the year. In addition to information about sights, events and excursion tips, guests can obtain postcards, hiking maps, tour suggestions, event tickets and a variety of information brochures from us. Our staff regularly take part in further training and information events in the region and are happy to pass on their knowledge, including the odd insider tip, to our guests.

Whether you are looking for a vacation apartment/house, guesthouse or hotel - we will be happy to find the right accommodation for you. If you don't necessarily value personal advice, you can also choose your vacation home from a wide range of properties online, for example on our homepage. This works around the clock.

We look forward to welcoming you to our typical cane roof house with Darßer front door! The bus stop Ahrenshoop Mitte is in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily reach us by bus line 210 if you are coming from outside. There is a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot of the spa administration. You will find another charging station in the large central parking lot on Dorfstraße.

Our guided tours

The scenic diversity and the special nooks and crannies of the Ostebad Ahrenshoop are best explored on foot or by bike.

If you would like to find out more insider tips, stories about our artists' and seaside resort and interesting facts about coastal protection and dynamics as well as the nearby National Park of Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, join our weekly guided tour.

From spring to autumn, join the author Dr. Kristine von Soden on her monthly tour ahrenshoop.höchstpersönlich and follow in the footsteps of Ahrenshoop's prominent bathers, especially writers.

Events and exhibitions

We maintain the cultural heritage of the town as a former artists' colony and fishing village with a varied program of events that reflects the diversity of traditions and artistic life in Ahrenshoop. The annual cultural highlights include the Ahrenshoop Jazz Festival, the Art Night, the final concert of the Naturklänge series, the Althäger fishing regatta, the Literature Days and the Film Nights.

For our younger guests, the children's summer in Ahrenshoop from the beginning of July to the beginning of September provides unforgettable vacation experiences with many (creative) activities such as handicrafts with natural materials or amber hunting.

Our Kunstkaten Ahrenshoop gallery in Ahrenshoop offers year-round changing exhibitions with works ranging from the time of the artists' colony to contemporary art.

Blue Flag

The "Blue Flag" has been flying on the main tower of the DLRG at beach access 12 in the Baltic resort of Ahrenshoop since 1998. This is an international environmental symbol that stands for good bathing water quality and certified environmental and safety management and which the spa administration successfully applies for every year.
