Art by the wayside... what an idea! Sculptures that literally "live" in nature & the existing cultural space. Today, a sculpture trail leads from Schlitz Castle into the unique landscape. The two artists, Wilfried Duwentester & Bernd Uiberall, have been working in Görzhausen in the immediate vicinity of Schlitz Castle for many years. The "Schlitz Castle - Görzhausen Sculpture Trail" project takes up the Count's idea and brings it into contact with contemporary sculptures. The sculptures "live" in the open landscape in correspondence with nature and the existing cultural space.
