Cafés, Restaurants, marry and celebrate

The Restaurant and Café is directly located at the Castle Island of Schwerin. From Spring to Autuum guests can enjoy their meals at the "Orangery" - the historic greenhouse of the palace garden. During Winter times you can eat or drink directly within the castle building at the "Café Niklot". The restaurant has a menue card in English and English speaking personnel.

Schlosscafé Niklot (open from November until March)

Situated inside of the castle
Opening Hours: Tue - Sunday von 10:00 to 17:00

Orangerie - Café ( open from April until October)

Situated in the castle gardens, at the base of the tower.
The historical building of the Orangery is a lovely and delicate looking place. You can enjoy your coffee and cake inside or outside with a splendid view across the palace garden and the lake

Opening Hours: Tue - Sunday von 11:00 to 18:00
